As a Florida Property Management Company owner for over 36 years, it was a pleasure to work with such excellent people. From start to finish, everything was perfect. My late husband John, loved Estes Park. Myself and 4 of our 6 children came to say Goodbye. He passed with Covid in 2020 and this was the first time we were able to get together. To laugh, cry, love and say "Till we meet again"We all felt at home, filled with love and comfort.Surrounded by nature, momma dear and her 2 fawns, a bear early one morning, and all of God's Natural Beauty.
The property was as advertised....the view was beautiful with a nice balcony looking towards the mountains. Location was excellent....RMNP entrance was 2-3 minutes from the house and good restaurants were located nearby as well.Although the bedroom locations were described in the listing, it didn't really occur to us beforehand that many steps were involved.....as you enter the home, it's 15 steps to the main floor and another 15 to the 2nd floor. Being senior citizens, we did manage with our luggage and coolers, but it would be difficult for the physically handicapped. The kitchen was well equipped and property was clean in spite of the carpet which had numerous stains. Instructions regarding the TV would have been helpful....we could not figure out the channels or the sound with the remotes that were there.Overall, it served our purpose well for a sibling reunion.
