Park Meadows was developed around the Park Meadows Country Club and is made up of luxury single-family homes and townhomes with beautiful mountain views. Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm. - Please note that air conditioning (A/C) is only available on the top floor. - There is a workspace area in the room closer to the living room. - The HOA will begin painting and staining the deck to the communal hot tub in early April, with work lasting about two months. Please note that access to the deck may be limited or temporarily unavailable, and exact dates for this unit are not yet known.
Parking Details: - One car is allowed in the garage; all other vehicles must use the community-provided overflow parking. - No driveway or street parking available.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Park City Fire Code Official Dave Thacker has issued an open fire and fireworks ban effective immediately within Park City limits.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

We had a fantastic time staying at Conifer for our ski trip. The home met our needs perfectly- it was beautiful and spacious and was in a very nice and picturesque neighborhood only 10 minutes away from skiing. The kitchen was very well-stocked, the beds were wonderful, the wifi worked perfectly- it was very comfortable staying there for our six nights. We had 2 vehicles and parked one in the garage and the other in the overflow parking spaces. This was not a problem at all. AvantStay's Park City concierges were very attentive and responsive to our needs. We highly recommend staying here for your group ski adventure.

We had such a great stay with our family of five and family that joined us from another state. Park City is an excellent spot for us to meet in the middle, and this place fits our group perfectly. The house is well stocked with all the cooking essentials you can think of. We spent our time cooking/baking, watching movies, and playing games. Sadly, no snow during our trip, but otherwise it was the perfect stay.

This property was perfect for my group of 11 friends! Very spacious living areas and a bathroom in every bedroom was perfect for us. Very clean, easy check in and out and super cozy! Distance to town was very close and an easily accessible!

Loved all the space for our family of 8 adults and 3 children 3 and under to spread out as well as to gather together for dinner or to hang out in the living room. So many amenities made the stay even better - nice towels, well stocked kitchen with spices, washer and dryer, and convennient pool. Easy to drive to local lakes, ski resorts and Utah Olympic Park.

We stayed for a week during the summer. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking for a group. House had large rooms and plenty of bathrooms. Spa in the back yard was clean and large. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood close to trailheads.

The home had plenty of space for 2 families of 4. The beds were not the most comfortable and the bedding could use an upgrade but over all the location was great and the size was great.
Overall great unit. Challenge was not having shuttle to Park City mountain.

This is a lovely home for a family gathering. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked and we cooked several nights. The bedrooms are large, the beds are very comfortable, the bedding is high-quality. and each bedroom has an en suite bath or next-door bath. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and is close to restaurants and shopping. The hosts are friendly and communicative, although we had no reason to communicate during our stay.
