It boasts 5 king bedrooms with en-suite baths, Gourmet Kitchen, a stunning heated Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, Theater with plush seats, Wet Bar, Game Room with built-in Twin bunks the kids will love, and 2 levels of outdoor deck-space each with a gas Fire Pit for ambiance year round. Grey Pearl Villa provides everything you'll need for comfort and entertainment. 

EXPERIENCE LUXURY:  We wanted to create a Mountain Villa that would offer a new standard of Luxury in the Tennessee Smokies - you'll find thought put into every detail of decor, material and feature throughout the cabin Villa. Start by gathering around the open concept main floor Great Room with 16' ceilings, an oversized modern 30-candle chandelier and wall of windows looking out to miles of Smoky Mountains. Enjoy meals in our dining room surrounded by 24' linear feet of windows, an oversized live-edge wood dining table, and chandelier designed to resemble gold tree branches with frosted glass leaves. Experience our Sony System Theater Room with 10 plush leather motorized reclining seats and LED accent lights, or Splash year-round in the heated indoor Pool with a shallow shelf to lounge or kids to enjoy, in-water bench seating, and ceiling rain curtain plus two water spills. As the night starts to unwind, you can either watch the mountains fade into darkness from the Hot Tub, or choose your spot on our resort-style seating across 1,200 sf of deck space and light up the gas fire pits. And when it's time to retreat for the night, enjoy our 5 uniquely designed Bedrooms with comfy King beds and en-suite baths, plush bedding with 6 sleeping pillows per room, and each offering its own individual flare and amenity - whether it be a grandiose 7' tall headboard, deck access with fire pit, or the modern water-vapor fireplace.  

LOCATION & ACCESS:  Since many people ask, it's a simple drive up our paved County road, only 2 minutes from the Community entrance. No SUV is needed (Snow/Ice being an exception) and No scary roads. An easy 10 mins to Pigeon Forge attractions and Wears Valley, 20 mins to Dollywood and Townsend, and 30 mins to Gatlinburg and The Great Smoky Mountain National Park. A mere 45 mins from Knoxville Airport (TYS) and 2 hrs from Asheville Airport (AVL).
