Access
Guests will have access to the entire main floor and the laundry room on the lower floor. There are unfinished areas of the lower floor that are off-limits.

The GARAGE is also off-limits with no exceptions.

The open concept living and kitchen area is separated by a peninsula island which has seating for four (4) and doubles as a dining area.

Your view from the living area and kitchen will leave you in awe as the oversized picture window offers a beautiful view.

Off of the kitchen you have access to a patio for enjoying those summer nights!

The home has two (2) bedrooms and one (1) bathroom.

The bathroom has double sinks and ample space. Each bedroom has nightstands, art and decor which will ensure you have a comfortable nights rest.

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

This includes:
• Inside the home
• Garage areas
• Front yard
• Backyard
• Patios, decks, balconies, and outdoor seating areas
• Driveways and all other exterior areas of the property

Guests wishing to smoke must leave the property entirely and do so off-site.

Any evidence of smoking, including cigarette butts, ashes, odors, vaping residue, cannabis smoke, or other smoking-related materials found anywhere on the property, may result in additional cleaning fees and/or other charges.

The maximum occupancy of this property is 4 guests only. The total number of guests must be accurately declared and reflected on the reservation at the time of booking and must not exceed 4 people at any time during the stay.

🚫 NO GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED. This includes parties, events, celebrations, social gatherings, or having additional visitors at the property, regardless of the length of the visit.

The maximum of 4 people must be maintained at all times throughout the entire reservation. Please do not invite or accommodate anyone beyond the guests declared on the reservation.
