We are new on this site but have hosted hundreds of guests in the past. I am a caring host and am happy to help in any way I can.

We are located on a stunning private beach, close to barrier reef and the split.
Our property offers sea views, complimentary kayaks, water dock, hammocks, beach loungers, and free WiFi in all areas.

Our rooms have sea views, AC, fan, balcony, 2 double beds or 1 king (based on availability), wifi, desk, microwave, cable TV, fridge, private bathroom, and housekeeping.

We offer coffee/tea daily in the lobby. Free WiFi is available in public areas and free self parking are also provided.

Additionally, we feature a tour desk, a garden, onsite barbecue grills, birding, and luggage storage.

Irons/ironing boards and hair dryers can be requested. Housekeeping is provided daily.

Guests can find restaurants within close walking distance.

Tours to archaeological sites and to the Blue Hole can be arranged at our tour desk. Activities such as snorkeling and scuba diving are available.

We are ideally located- Caye Caulker Airport is approx. 1 miles away and San Pedro Belize Ferry Station is approx. 750 yards away.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
