Comfy large space with sectional sofa, oversized TV, wireless internet, a pool table with ping pong overlay and plenty of games to keep everyone busy. Walk to town, Annapolis or Eastport Yacht club, Mears Safe harbor marina or Davis pub for a crab pretzel. All within a block or 2 of our apartment.

My husband and myself have lived in Annapolis over 40 years, we raised our family and enjoy the outdoor life, we race sailboats, cruise and powerboat and spend as much time as we can in the great outdoors. You will love our location as you can walk everywhere, we are right over the bridge in Eastport on Fifth half between Davis Pub and Boatyard. The "Perfect Eastport Location"

What makes this property unique

Our apartment is nautically inspired and gives you over 1000 sq ft of space to spread out in including a quant outside area and a pool/ping pong table for added fun. VRBO does not currently collect/remit the city of Annapolis Occupancy tax, you will see a $60.00 fee listed as administrative Fee, with no cleaning fees I do need to add this to pay Annapolis their share, so sorry.
