Was great place on the lake, we captured a beautiful sunset, House was roomy for the seven of us, very minimal dishes for cooking meal, but we were able to get job done.. I would definitely book this house again.
Stay was perfect. The view of Lake Ontario every morning was exactly what we wanted. Our host was extremely friendly and fast in communications.I truly hope that this property is available next year when we come back.
Property was beautiful and a good location but it wasn't that clean. There was cobwebs and spiders everywhere. And old drink bottles under the beds. When we were trying to make our bed and flip the blanket over there was big stains on the blankets. With a better cleaner, this place is really nice and a wonderful location
Enjoyed our stay - house was clean and comfortable.

The property was nice, excellent loaction close to the water. There was a lack of certain amenities, like extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and towels. Overall it was a great place to stay with a large group.
This cozy house is AWESOME. Very comfortable, clean and location is great. We had no problems at all. I will return for sure. Niagara Falls are not to far away from it. My family and I enjoy it very much. Thank you
We were very happy with our stay. The communication with our host was very responsive, The house was exactly as described and photos very accurate. All was clean and there were linens and other amenities available to make our stay very comfortable. It was pouring rain while we were there. So we sadly could not venture to the back yard to take a look at the lake or how that's all set up. Can't say one way or another if there's any sort of steps down to the shore, but guessing not as that area seems mostly to have a high drop directly down to the water. If. you're thinking of accessing the lake directly from this property, I'd recommend asking the host about that before booking just to be sure you don't get disappointed. It looks like there's a nice, enclosed picnic area directly out back of the house where you could eat and look out on the water, though. We just didn't go out there because of the downpour.....Nice place. Youngstown & Wilson very close by with little shops and water access.(Remember to know your streaming service username & password if wanting to watch tv)
Beautiful comfortable home- just what we needed for 6 friends from all over US to catch up relax and reminisce. Great sunsets over LakeOntario and views of Canada! Loved it
Very nice home. Clean and appeared as described. I did not receive an entry code to the property until we arrived, about 30 minutes after the allowed Check-in time. The owner was still in the driveway. Presumably waiting for us to arrive which I found odd.
This was the perfect location for a family wedding weekend. The open floor plan was perfect for our daughter’s wheelchair - although the first floor bathroom was a bit challenging. Overall, a good experience. 😊
Very nice stay on lake Ontario. House was very nice, located right on the water with beautiful views. Minor updates needed, but overall very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is minimal, but sufficient. Owner was very kind and communicated with us regarding all our needs during our stay. One of the members of our party left something behind at the property. The owner went out of his way to bring the bag back abd was very kind about it.

Country Cottage
This was a cute country cottage but sadly, not what I expected. It has potential but needs a deep cleaning and needs some updates. Blinds in bedroom and bathroom broken and not working properly. Could only find 3 towels for 4 of us so we had to transfer over wet towels that were left in the washer and put in dryer. The AC units in every room worked great though.

Sour sheets , dirty floors, nice location
We had to rewash our sheets when we arrived. Floors were swept but not clean. Washing machine was stuffed with sheets and dryer was stuffed with towels. We started our stay with a poor impression about the home.
The location was nice . That part of NY is beautiful. After telling manager about our concerns he said “thank you for letting me know” and did NOT offer at least a partial refund on our cleaning fee. Oh well , won’t be going there again.
Distance to Niagara was reasonable other than that this was a mess. I was given the wrong entry code, had to call Isuf (listing said host was Joe - that was his first lie!) We got inside - ac & all fans were off & it was 85 inside! I called Isuf he was insulting & asked me if I had tried turning it on, then I gave my husband the phone….Iusf came after an hour with a potable unit after 3 hours it was cooling off. I asked questions (before booking) about property beach access & was lied to, when I asked him & showed him the text, he confirmed I talked with him & he played stupid trying to tell me I could get down to the water, he was very rude! My son wanted to fish & was so upset that the area was too unsafe for us to use! It’s not possible to reach water unless you jump off the concrete steps about 4 feet down!!! He made some excuse about the water level which made no sense- just dug deeper into his own lie!! When I told him how upset I was he shrugged, laughed in my face and said “you don’t have to stay here…No one’s forcing you to”. It was Sunday at 7pm in July & I had paid in full, where else was i supposed to go? The yard was an overgrown mess, it hadn’t been mowed for weeks, the bugs were terrible & weeds everywhere. I had asked about a grill & told we’d have one, well it was dirty, old & almost caught on fire! There were limited pots, pans and utensils, most of which were dirty! Cobwebs, bugs & haunted house style dust on ceiling fans! I wanted to cry!!
Such a comfortable cottage. Warm and inviting. Perfect place for our "Girl's week" and mini high school and college reunion with dear friends and great memories. This is the second time I have rented this cottage - it felt like coming home again.

We had issues with the toilet and the shower drain in the downstairs bathroom draining slowly and I immediately made the host aware of the issue. It seemed to take several hours for a response and the only question that was asked was if the other bathroom was working properly and then nothing beyond that. Unfortunately, it gave me the impression that as long as one of the bathrooms was functioning for 9 guests, in their mind, it was ok. We also noticed a lot of ants and bugs inside the home, even though we kept all the doors and windows closed throughout the visit. Back patio had a lot of yard debris and the water view was nice but no real way to access the water if you had wanted to.
