Oceanside Single Family Home with patio & big yard. Great location!

Single Family renovated Oceanside Home - Great location. Our renovated, two-story beach house is just a 2-minute walk from the beach (oceanside)! We're in a quiet, residential neighborhood but still close to WaWa's, Marvel's Bakery, pickle ball courts and many restaurants & shops. The Fantasy Island Amusement Park, mini-golf, and water park are just one mile away! House Details: Spacious dormer upstairs with three single beds. Two bedrooms with queen beds on first floor. One full bath. Fully-stocked kitchen. Wireless internet, TV's (4), cable and DVD. A/C's on both floors and in each bedroom. Outside shower. Front porch and private, fenced in, back patio area. Gas grill. Porch furniture. Comforters & pillows are provided but please bring your own linens and towels. Parking for two cars; additional parking on street. No pets. Saturday to Saturday in season rental only. June & Sept are 3 night minimums. Check-in Saturday at 4pm, checkout by 10am.

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay. Pros: location, location, location! Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, beach and about a mile from amusements. Spacious outdoor shower. Beach badges included. Cons: beds a bit firm (unless you like that), indoor shower tiny (ladies need to use outdoor shower to shave legs unless you're gumby); would be nice if beach chairs or umbrella were available (if traveling & not able to bring these- need to rent or do without).

My parents bought this house in 1970 when I was 8 yrs old. I inherited it in 2000 and became the sole owner in 2015. The first floor was ruined during Hurricane Sandy in 2012 and was renovated in 2015/2016. The house is full of love and happy memories for me and my children. We hope that it will be the same for you and yours.
