About this space
Enjoy a private home right on Cedar Creek Lake with your family. The home is located within Cherokee Landing Resort.

Not many rentals in the area have a sandy bottom off of their dock nor do they have this open view.

The home is spacious with private parking. There is a game room for pingpong, cornhole and ping pong.

Don’t have a boat? Next door Cherokee Landing rents pontoon boats for fishing, cruising and pulling tubes. Check them out online.
The space
There are 3 unique spaces for the guest. You’ve got the entire house with a huge living room area that’s all windows. A covered front deck to drink your coffee in the morning. A private dock for you to park your boat (or rental from Cherokee Landing) and go swimming/fishing/kayaking/stand up paddle boarding. And finally, there’s a game room in the garage with ping pong, air hockey and cornhole. Feel free to light a fire or bbq outside in the fire pit right by the lake.

Truly sorry you didn’t have a great time… the issues here were fairly small and we could have fixed. Sorry that the stainless on the fridge and dishwasher weren’t polished, we will clean under the sinks. Honestly not sure why these issues caused a 6/10 but you can’t please everyone.

We had a wonderful stay in this house overlooking the lake. It was larger and better appointed than we expected. Between swimming boating and games, we had a wonderful week.

Last minute Christmas getaway!!

Amazing! Decided on a very last minute getaway with my girlfriend and dog, went on Christmas Eve and had a blast!!! Met our host and family at the gate, and was on the dock fishing within 30 min! Stunning views from both inside and outside, on Christmas Eve we slept in the living room beds with all shades open under the stars and moonlight. We had the whole property to ourselves, there were several other houses/campers close b, however we didn’t see a single person in 3 days! Loved it, would definitely come back!!

Short and sweet

Great location tucked back in Cherokee Landing with private yard and great view of lake from the enclosed sun room. Party lights add great atmosphere at night. Very quiet. 5 of us had plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was adequately stocked. The house smells old and musty, but you get used to it. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen felt grimy. The dishwasher filter needed a good clean out as did the utensil drawers.

The house looks much better in person the house was clean and smelled good when we got there... Host messaged me that we could check in early which was a blessing (with 4 kids). Sandy beach was clean and they have a little playhouse with playset and some toys we would definitely stay again (in the summer)
