We came down for my sister’s wedding and this is the second time I stayed here. The communication was stellar and actually super Duper funny and I highly recommend this place gorgeous views clean. Will stay again.
When you search VRBO and put in 2 bathrooms there should be 2 bathrooms.

William, we are sorry that there was a misunderstanding with the listing. After reviewing your concern, we see that it shows that we do in fact have one and a half bath for the unit on the listing. This is the way VRBO has it set up and we are not able to change. We are truly sorry for the confusion.
The beaches were closed from the hurricane, but this property had kayaks, dock and lounge chairs. What more could you want. We had such a relaxing time.
We stayed on the second level and enjoyed the experience. The lower level was water damaged by the hurricane yet the place was great and the hosts are doing their best in a tough situation. Would definitely come back.

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
The property was perfect for our family. The only comment I would make is to provide life jackets with the kayaks.
Great location for biking the Pinella bike trail. Property very clean, comfortable and felt safe. Able to sit outside in sun, shade or on pier. Even had outdoor tv. Staff friendly and helpful. Great communication.

Nice place to stay with access to bike/walking trail
Comfortable place to stay for 4 days. Convenient to walk and bike the trail that goes to Honeymoon Island. Was a bit difficult to find the right property, streets are confusing. Also, we did not locate the dock that was displayed in the listing.

Barbara thank you so much for staying with us and enjoying the area, next time you will have to come across the street and check out the dock=)
Awesome location, close to restaurants and shopping in downtown Dunedin. Benedicts has great breakfast and ice cream shop located within walking distance. Loved walking on the causeway every morning. Watched sunset from the dock and fished everynight. Bait store is right around the corner. Enjoyed kayaking in the bay and swimming at Honeymoon Island. Dave next door was very helpful and he has a sweet dog for the dog lovers. Area felt very safe. Back yard was shaded with palm tree, artificial grass and a tv. Nice place to relax. Would definitely stay again.
The property looked like a dump. The inside of the apartment (the host called it a suite) was clean and well furnished. Awakened one morning at 9 am to the sound of drilling, pounding, a circular saw. The adjoining apartment was removing a bathtub and replacing it with a new one including drywall and tile. This went on for hours. The tub, drywall and tile was put out on the curb. There was also a commercial dumpster nearby. The fence both front and backyard were worn, broken ready to fall down. One in the front appeared to be held up with red tape. Huge dead tree in front yard. Patios and doors desperately needed a paint job. Shrubs adjacent to the back door were all dead. The backyard was worn, poorly put together turf. This was my view for the week. There was not a dead bolt on the back door and I knew other people had the code to get in (management, maintenance, owner, etc) so we secured the door with a chair propped against the inside door handle for hopefully added security. The picture of the dock that was provided to VRBO did not match the actual dock. The picture showed a beautiful dock with nice furniture, blue accent. The actual dock was weathered, run done. Didnt feel safe in going out there. That particular picture that was described as a boat dock. I made a call to Kelly (the host), She didnt answer so I left a message for her to call me. She never did. Some hours later she sent me a text stating she was not available to talk. VRBO was exceptional with me

Why they chose this property
Dunedin is filled with delectable dining spots specializing in fresh, local fare. The Island Outpost, within walking distance, is an open-air restaurant serving contemporary American cuisine. Try the mahi mahi; it's divine! If you head downtown, just two short miles away, you can enjoy the flavors of Mexico at Casa Tina's, serving authentic "south of the border" dishes. Or, head to the Old Bay Cafe for casual, waterfront dining, The Black Pearl for an elegant date night, or The Living Room, for gourmet tapas-style food in an elegant, Old World setting.
When in Florida, you gotta hit the beaches. It's a rule! And Dunedin has two of the best along the entire Gulf Coast: Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island. At Honeymoon, you can rent water sports equipment, collect shells or grab a grouper sandwich in the beachfront snack shack. Then, climb aboard the ferry or take one of our kayaks to Caladesi, one of Florida's protected barrier islands, to enjoy one of the most beautiful natural beaches you'll ever see.
If your older kids are itching for some fun, then rent a sailboat, paddleboards or jet skis within easy walking distance of Nautical Landings.
From touring the sponge docks of Tarpon Springs to enjoying a crazy theme-park day at Busch Gardens in Tampa to cheering on the Dunedin Blue Jays, you'll have plenty of opportunities to have a blast with the family.
Check out The Pinellas trail - it's right outside our door! - for an adventure-packed bike ride through quaint downtown cityscapes and scenic coastal areas.
Our kayaks are always available, too. Hop aboard (don't forget the shoes!) and check out the outlying islands in St. Joseph's Sound or meander through the mangroves along Caladesi's shoreline.
You can run along the Honeymoon Causeway. You can pick up a game of sand volleyball at Clearwater Beach. You can swim the ocean waters right off the dock. Whatever your passion, there's an activity for you to fully enjoy your stay!
