Blue Zone Home with EV Charger

Welcome to this gorgeous two-story home offering the perfect mix of comfort and convenience for digital nomads, traveling professionals, and families in need of temporary housing. Enjoy 4 BR/3 BA, a private office with high-speed Wi-Fi and natural light, a fully equipped kitchen, modern appliances, and dining space. Relax in the backyard with grill, or explore nearby parks, grocery stores, attractions, and hospitals. A Tesla charger is included for your convenience.

Lots of green areas around, two big parks, and one is right behind the house! A public Tennis court and a dog park are only a mile away!
We do have some basic house rules during your stay:

1. A one-time cleaning fee of $400

2. For stays longer than 30+ days, we have started providing mandatory light cleaning service at the property. We require you to use this service at least once a month which will cost you an additional $100 per cleaning. We will coordinate with you to schedule our housekeeping staff to come and do the basic cleaning. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping this property clean.

3. Guests staying over 30+ days will be required to sign a lease agreement with a refundable deposit of $ 2000

4. There is a cap on Electricity and gas usage. If usage is more than $ 200, you will be charged for the difference.

5. Pet fee (non-refundable): $ 300 for up to 2 pets. After that additional $100 for each pet
