Graduation Celebration with Family

This house was absolutely perfect in every way. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. The room sizes and beds were great. The kitchen/dining area, living room, and patio created so many lounging/visiting areas for our celebration again. The littles loved playing in the backyard. My sister and I took 4 mile walks every day and the neighborhood was great. Walkable to coffee and donuts and lots of different shopping close by. The house was well stocked with all the essentials. Silvia was the most host.

We needed a space for a range of adults including a room without stairs for access, and this house fit the bill perfectly. The neighborhood is terrific (quiet), the house is great, the amenities were certainly fine for the stay.

Beautiful home with a great host

One room was missing curtains when we arrived and when I informed the host she sent over a handy man to install it very quickly. Replies were quick and helpful. The house was roomy and comfortable. Our whole family enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful and spacious home !

Checking in to the property was seamless! All instructions were given ahead of time. The home was very clean and accurate to the listing. There was plenty of space for our group of 10 with comfortable rooms. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect for Socializing

Three friends who worked together in the 70s moved and drifted apart, retired, and came together for a reunion at this house. It was a perfect setting. Attractive and well appointed, the floor plan has two areas promoting spacious yet intimate social interaction: in a living room with a relaxing furniture and open to the kitchen, and on a patio on comfy outdoor furniture in a garden-like setting. The bedrooms were luxurious and the beds comfortable. A special place for hanging out, talking, eating and drinking!

Good for 3 families

Property was in a good location for our needs. It was clean and ready early, which was great. It does not have a hot tub that is in the listing - we had 4 teens with us who were all excited about that. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms- the master with a king bed, and 2 rooms with queens. Downstairs there is a full size bed and a leather type futon that lays down to about a full size. There was a twin fold out bed and a queen air mattress in the master closet. We never found the linens for the futon - just a single blanket. The fold out bed is probably great for a small child. One of the teens slept on it the first night and said they felt the bars all night so changed to the air mattress the next night. The backyard was a great area to sit the first night when then weather was nice. Food and groceries were all close by and easy to access. Overall, a great place for what we needed.

Fresno Family Wedding

The home is big & clean inside & has nice gathering areas. We didn't use the wifi or TVs, but we enjoyed the large dining table, couches and the outdoor seating area. Nice house & host, but needs better prep & description. When our stay was getting closer, the host was very responsive to my messages. She gave us an early check in -the listing says after 5pm, which is later than many VRBOs & hotels. Post says sleeps 14... We paid for 9 adults and 1 child (teen). The 4 beds that were available worked well. But there were no linens for the 3 extra beds in the listing. No bedding in the house for the included queen air mattress, twin cot or double futon. The only bedding was on the "regular" beds. Since we paid for 10 people, I expected linens and extra blankets. It seems that the cleaning agency did not leave any bedding in the house. For a weekend of 10 people there were 6 rolls of toilet paper, 4 kcup pods, 2 or 3 rice krispi treats and 2 packs of microwave popcorn. The first night, the host dropped off 2 sets of linens and 1 blanket for the 3 spare beds and a bunch of kcup pods. The patio was wonderful and we spent hours outside, visiting as a family. The cushions are a bit old and could use a cleaning, but we were fine. There is NO hot tub, but it's in the listing. I think the host is referring to the large bathtub in the master bathroom. We did not have a pet with us, but we picked up many (5?) old, mushy dog poops on the very soggy backyard grass.
