Very easy to communicate with the hosts. Wonderful location. Exceptionally clean.Lovely front porch to relax. All kitchen necessities provided as well as dishes.The house itself was very nice and on the historic register of Cottonwood. I will definitely consider going back anytime I visit Cottonwood!

Perfect house and location for our trip to Cottonwood. You can walk aroundthe corner for a yummy coffee. The preservation and history of the house was awesome and interesting. Everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is amazing! It is so historical and extremely well kept. It is the best location walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in Old Town. The hosts Steve and Denise are excellent, their property in impeccably clean and they are very responsive. We can't wait to go back again!

Our stay at this property was perfect! Very clean and plenty of amenities for our weekend exploration of Cottonwood. Perfect size bedrooms and extra-size bathrooms. The front porch and back yard is very nice. I see this property as a nice family gathering location since the owners have additional properties adjacent.

Excellent location and a charming house. Loved being able to walk to breakfast on main street and was only a few miles from the wedding venue. The decor is in keeping with the house's age and makes me want to put up a picture rail at home.
