House is clean, owner is rude & the property is heavily watched w/ cameras oh & it’s only 1 bathroom

The owner is rude. I booked this house for a work trip for my employees. The listing failed to list that there is only one bathroom. It mentions 3 bedrooms but doesn’t list the number of bathrooms. Pictures (to me) appeared to have 2 bathrooms. My mistake it’s actually 2 pictures of the same bathroom. The bathroom was occupied one morning before work and one of my employees went outside to urinate. She has cameras all over the property and I believe after speaking with my guys she watches the cameras a lot. She sent an email of my employee peeing. I completely understand her being upset but I believe she took it too far with sending me a video and being super rude to me about it. According to the guys the house was clean but it appears that the owners must live there full time and leave when they have renters. The guys were having trouble with the pin to get in the house and she came on the camera to talk them through getting in. I personally did not stay at this house but after dealing with her I will never rent from her again.

The listing states that it is a one bathroom. I was never rude to you, you were rude to me because one of your employees was caught urinating on the property which is unacceptable under any circumstances. I have a camera at the front door and one at the back door to keep an eye on my investment which I think most people have. There was no reason for you to give a one star rating. Also be careful of this guest because she says there will be “X” number of people and she brings more. I would be careful when you host “Karen” at your place.
