Charming 1 bedroom second floor apartment with a large deck space for dining, sunbathing or watching sunsets. In residential Old Town Key West. The deck offers a great view over the historic cemetery to the lighthouse. You are just 5 blocks to the Seaport lined with bars/restaurants, sunset cruises, fishing, etc. and 5 blocks to Duval St. Living room offers a great view and excellent wi-fi.
The bedroom with a queen bed has 4 large windows surrounded by lush tropical foliage. The open area living space has a small table for dining or working and an island that seats 2. A desk in the living area provides a great view through French doors as you work remotely. The bathroom has a shower, no tub. The entrance to your upstairs apartment is private and off a one lane street. If you have a car you can park on the street at the corner, only steps away. You can park bikes inside your gate. 28 night minimum stay. To preserve the beauty of the house and furnishings animals are not permitted. Please see rental agreement for actual cancelation policy.
