About this property

Relatively new and beautiful spacious pent-house apartment

Our home is on the top floor (fourth floor) in a brand new building in a lovely location in eastern part of Reykjavik with easy public transport to Reykjavik city center. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped with large kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms , large top-floor patio and two smaller balconies. The apartment building is located close to wonderful and popular recreational areas, Ellidaardalur and Heiðmörk.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This was our favourite place to stay on our 14 day drive around Iceland. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were surprised with a tasty basket of goodies. The 2 bathrooms and washing machine were greatly appreciated. The showers were the best we experienced in our time there. The place was impeccably clean and comfortable. We were surprised how large the place was and loved the various patio areas. We were greeted by the host and he showed us everything we needed to navigate doors and parking. The underground parking was a blessing when loading and unloading luggage! No rainy frantic loading of the car. We highly recommend this place if you are in Reykjavik. The owners were quick to respond when we had questions.
