About this property

PoCo Charm

This beautiful farm house is situated on an acre of land with an beautiful pond and large deck for evening grilling and chilling.

It features 3 bedrooms and one bathroom that can easily fit six adults. A spacious living room and well equipped kitchen will make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Onsite laundry options as well.

Please note there is a pond on premises. Children will need to be supervised at all times.

This home sits directly on the Potter County ATV trail allowing you to explore Potter County up close!

Potter County is home to many breathtaking attractions both near and far including; 9 State Parks (Cherry Springs, Denton Hill, Lyman Run, Ole Bull, Patterson, Prouty Place Sinnamahoning, and Susquehannock), the PA Lumbermens Museum, Austin Dam Memorial Park, Coudersport Ice Mine, Galeton Fireworks Display over Berger Lake and much much more. Potter county is also part of the DCNR ATV pilot program which includes 397 miles of township roads, 22 miles of PennDOT roads, six miles of state forest roads and six miles of state forest snowmobile trails .

Great Experience

Me and some friends went here to view the sky and it was a perfect location. Clean house, nice tenant, friendly neighbors. Its a bit far from cherry springs park, but that wasnt an issue because this house was a great location to view the stars.

Cute place on ATV trails

My family and I came here to ride the ATV trails in Potter County. The house was cute and spacious! I was disappointed that I had to clean upon arrival. We aren't fussy, but felt it was very dusty and the kitchen counters and bathroom were dirty. The mattresses need to be replaced. Especially the queen bed which sags in the middle, my husband and I had to sleep separately. If these things are fixed I would definitely stay again and recommend.
