This stunning home sits looking on to Pleasant Valley Golf course, and is just steps away from Pelican Lake, the best of both worlds!
Enter into an amazing great room with vaulted ceilings, south facing windows. Open kitchen/dining & living space is great for enjoying your stay with friends and family. Head out the garden doors to sit & enjoy a cool cocktail on the covered wrap around deck overlooking the second green of the Pleasant Valley Golf Course!
Your sleeping arrangements consist of the main floor queen master suite comes with a full ensuite bathroom, and second floor queen bedroom, and secondary loft with a queen and a double bed. The second level comes with full bathroom.
For our boating and fishing guests, the boat launch is less than a block away. The pull through driveway is perfect when pulling your boat, and the double garage will store all your fishing gear (back the boat in if you like!).

Bbq was in really rough shape, and kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as we anticipated, but otherwise was great. Great location, clean etc.

Nice quiet relaxing stay
Beautiful home in a quiet area. Nice deck and fire pit outside. Nice open kitchen dining living room concept. Kids had a great stay and had zero issues.
