Enjoy being steps to the beach via Folsom Lane public access and never worry about finding a place to park! Walk to the arcade, shops, and restaurants in the heart of Wells Beach or relax at home and eat in… the kitchen has everything you need for cooking family meals. Want to spend your time outside? There’s an outdoor grill for your BBQ needs and plenty of room in the yard to enjoy perfect Maine summer nights. Hannaford grocery store is a 3-minute drive, around the corner on Rt. 1, so you’ll never run out of anything. Quiet, safe, family neighborhood waiting for you to explore. Your Maine adventure starts here! 1 dog welcome with some restrictions, message for details!
