This newly built property (2023) has everything you need for a pleasant stay with family & friends. This home has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms all staged with smart TVs and excellent internet service. Hot and cold water allows for excellent bathing conditions. The villa is equipped with a beautiful pool with a waterfall, suitable for adults and children. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and stainless steel refrigerator. Oversized dining room is great for large groups. The lot is situated on 1 acre that is gated and secured by steel doors and on site staff. The outdoor patio and terrace is large and allows for an amazing pool side experience.

This property is located within 2 miles of the stunning PGA Ocean’s 4, an 18-hole golf course that opened in late 2017. Nestled along the edge of the Caribbean Sea, the course was designed to harmonize with the natural landscape, offering breathtaking ocean views as you play. Its prime location on the southern coast is just 100 km east of Santo Domingo and 30 km from La Romana, perfectly situated between the capital and the popular Punta Cana tourist region.
