This tastefully decorated 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhome is located directly on the channel front leading to the beautiful Laguna Madre Bay. 5602A Circe Circle is a private townhome home with a private sparkling pool in the backyard, the fenced in private pool leads to the deck area for those fisherman who cant wait to cast a line out! The townhome is steps away from restaurants, bars, and retail shopping. Guests will love the amenities this townhome has to offer. The private pier is a fantastic place to spend quality time while fishing for trout, redfish, flounder, and snook. Rental guests will love cooling off in the tropical pool area facing the channel front.

The interior of 5602A Circe Circle is nicely decorated with coastal decor. The living area is large and offers two separate seating areas for guests to relax and wind down.
The large flat screen tv is perfect for watching tv shows and other entertainment. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area downstairs for additional sleeping accommodations for guests. The dining area is located off the kitchen and living room located on the 2nd floor. The dining table seats 5 plus there is additional bar seating for 3 more people by the kitchen counter.
The kitchen is nicely updated with granite countertops. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils so guests can easily prepare a nice meal!
The bedrooms are spacious and well decorated.

Great house

The house is great. Location was close to everything you will need. The pool was good after a day of fishing. The house was clean, and neat. Kitchen was lacking on some cooking items, but still nice. Pillows were not the best so bring your own. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay with easy boat access

The house was great! It worked perfect for what we needed. We were unable to use the boat lift, which did make it difficult getting in and out of the boat from the dock, but we made it work. It was nice to leave the boat in the water overnight, which was one of our request. The boat ramp was nearby and only minutes to Laguna Madre Bay. The neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of room to park in the driveway, to include truck and boat trailer. We had a minor issue, but SPI responded quickly and sent maintenance out. The house was clean and the check-in and check-out process was easy. Beds were clean and comfortable. Only suggestion for the kitchen - have larger skillets available. We cooked daily and not having a larger skillet made it difficult. We did miss having the extra refrigerator on the ground floor and having a stand alone shower in the master, but overall we liked the property. Thank you for making it a great stay!!

Good place to stay

This house was just what we needed. Plenty of room, the dock was awesome for our fisherman, and the kitchen was big enough for cooking family meals. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Plenty of room to park and a quiet neighborhood. The pool is small, but it was great to have after a long day at the beach. Overall a great place to stay. We had some repairs needed and SPI took care of them fast. Thank you for making our stay great!

Super cute home! The living area was very comfortable and that's where we spent most of our time. I would recommend bringing your own blankets and pillows. Kitchen was huge and had every appliance needed!

Very convenient.

This property was awesome as is centralized location, but not only that, the way the house is placed it creates shade on top of the pool which made it awesome as you dont get sunburned while in the pool. The pool was dirty at time of arrival but i called management and maintenance had it clean within a couple of hours. Will definitely stay there again.

Great experience

The home was clean, the upper part of the home was hot but I liked that they provided fans in the top bedroom and kitchen. The kitchen is located up stairs along with the main bed room. The view was very nice! They had alot of towels ready for us as well which was a plus. We had access to use the washer and dryer which I really enjoyed also! I will be visiting again!
