The modern and updated home has a stylish and spacious open concept living area with plenty of natural light and modern appliances. There are 2 bedrooms with balcony access and comfortable sleeping arrangements for the entire family.



The entire house and space under the house is accessible. The newly improved El Jardin Beach is a five minute walk away, or a two minute drive away. Now with picnic benches and more parking.



The home is located in Seabrook at the safe community of El Jardin, which is a nature lover’s paradise with a beautiful beach, nature trails, and parks, such as Pine Gully. Walk, drive, or rent a golf cart to check out the nature and sights around the neighborhood.

Such a gem!!!

The house is so adorable, all the necessities are there to cook and enjoy with family. The main living area is a huge grand room with tons of space to relax. The rooms and bathrooms are also spacious and well kept. The beach is just down the street and has a calm atmosphere great for families and small children to play, the beach is kept clean and great for swimming. We plan to return soon, we loved this property.
