Wonderful home that fit ages 2-77! The house had a great floor plan with lots of areas for people to have privacy and also come together and chill. Great host, very communicative and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Beach house! The location was perfect—steps from the beach and close to everything we needed. The home had plenty of bedrooms for our group, and the kitchen was impressively well stocked, which made meals easy. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy the area.

We loved our stay. We often take trips to Mission Beach, but this was our first stay at this property. It was the perfect place for our multi family trip. It’s situated perfectly between the ocean fronts, and some markets and restaurants are close by. The property management was attentive and checked in, but everything was great so we never had to reach out to them. We will definitely be back.

Loved the location! Just a 5 minute walk to the ocean. We also walked to PB (about 45 min walk). The property was clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything we could’ve possibly needed. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were comfortable, which was important for our multi-family group.

For our large family reunion this rental was super. More than enough space for everyone and we did not feel crowded. The location is excellent within walking distance of the beach and the bay and multiple restaurants. The rental staff were superb.

This unit in S Mission ( several cts S of Belmont Park) was well stocked with kitchen items- dinnerware, glasses, utensils, large seasoning rack and plastic containers for leftovers; 2 fridges/ incl one in garage. Plenty of beach chairs- 8; 3 beach umbrellas at least 7 boogie boards, 3 Razor scooters. Numerous sand toys and sports ballsAt least 10 beach towels; and plenty of bath towels; all the soap for sinks ; body wash, shampoo and conditioner for each shower was provided.2 sets of washer and dryer with some laundry soap.Paper products to begin your stay.The 2 central A/C units were an added bonus!Beds were comfortable Parking can be tight; 23 Highlander fit in tandem garage with smaller car. Other garages to small for large SUV, but we were able to back in grand Waggoner under the carport attached to single garage.Rental company responded immediately with the couple of questions we had.Our family of 12 had a wonderful time with plenty of space for everyone.;And very close to beach and bay. Traffic on mission blvd was NOT an issue. It was more than we wanted to spend, but well worth it!!Mission Beach has been a favorite family vacation spot for us for over 40 years and this was our favorite!!Hope this gives a description of what to expect
