94 Bridge Street located the Lincolnville section of Saint Augustine, a 3 bedroom 2 bath new construction bungalow. Walking distance to beautiful downtown, a quick ride to Vilano or Saint Augustine beach. This home is newly decorated, with plenty of amenities, and off street parking.

Bridge Street is happy to accommodate both families or a get away with friends, the 3rd bedroom day bed can easily be pulled out to a king, or 2 single. Master bedroom has private bath, large walk in closet as well as smart TV and charging stations. The second bedroom has smart TV, as well complete with charging stations, sofa in living room pulls out to a queen bed. We also love to travel and pride ourselves in making your stay as accommodating as possible. Kitchen has all necessary cooking utensils, pots pans, we offer both a Kuerig (pods available at check in) and coffee pot. Please feel free to request or ask for anything special.

This is a great place to stay and easy to walk the town from there. Pics in the listing are deceiving and do not highlight how large the home actually is or that it has a nice backyard to chill out in after a ling day sightseeing.

So convenient

Really enjoyed the stay and so convenient to the historical/downtown areas. The place was comfortable and great to have a fenced in area for my 2 small dogs. Would love to stay there again! Thank you!

GREAT LOCATION

Stayed 3 nights for wedding weekend . Ideal place to stay for a lightner wedding . Walking distance to many restaurants. The two parking spaces is such an added bonus since parking in Saint Augustine is hard to find .

Perfect Place

We had a wonderful stay!!! It was the perfect location for the wedding festivities. We were walking distance to everything in St. Augustine and the wedding. I would highly recommend the place. My only complaint was that the masterbath shower needed to be cleaned better form mold around the edges and recaulked. Still a great place and can't wait to go back.
