An Excellent private Residence over the tea estate with Lawn ,BBQ ,outdoor dining ,Gazebo and Playarea for families and executive peoples (only) within city limit .Most of the tourist spot are near to this property especially ooty lake , karnataka garden ,Parson Valley forest etc ,Rose garden etc ,Railway station ,Bus station etc
House Rules : (need to be agree before confirmation)
Whole Villa will be provided for the guests who books a minimum of 13 guest (adults) otherwise private rooms will be provided with maximum of 2 adults per room with private toilet .All the common areas will be sharing basis by other guest such as lawn ,play area , dining area etc. Kitchen will be provided only for making baby foods ,coffee or tea and not allowed for self cooking unless for guests who books more than 9 adults or those taking whole ground floor. Parties are allowed without disturbing other guests and neibours .Alcoholic drinks are not allowed in common areas and our staffs will not supply or clean the empty bottles and those who want consume private are instructed to dispose the empty bottles in the designated waste bins by themselves. Fighting ,shouting ,argument ,nuisance etc with other guests are not allowed inside the premises. This property will be preferably allotted for families, couples and executive ladies only
