We really enjoyed this property. Plenty of space for the extended family. Great location by the water and close to Kiki’s Sandbar so you can walk to activities and food if you get tired of driving highway 1. I would definitely stay again.

The house is lovely, beautiful sitting area, all bedrooms lovely, kitchen very nice but could have better basic cooking materials. Very nice pools, one nicely heated, problem with bird droppings on pool deck which was addressed by manager. Biggest drawback is the proximity to the highway.

Perfect for our family trip!

We stayed here with a multi-generational family trip and were very pleased to have had the chance to stay here. The location is great! Easy to find and a short 35 minute drive to Duvall Street, but far enough away to enjoy the slower pace of the Keys. The house is the former clubhouse for the community, so it has some quirks in layout, etc. It does have a LOT of stairs, but allowed for us to have space for the teenager and his grandparents as well. You are right next to a pool (it feels very private) and have access to the other community assets (large chessboard, checkers, fitness center, grill, etc.). Property management was very responsive during our 5 day stay. Maintenance staff is on-site, so very responsive during the week. One note: If you are a light sleeper, the house is close to a bridge on the Overseas Highway, so it can be a little loud on quiet evenings, We brought our white noise machine and had no issues.

Cosmetically it looked nice, the view was excellent. The kitchen was a disappointment it did not have a garbage disposal, or an ice maker that worked. Some of the handles on the cabinets and drawers were coming off. It was an inconvenience to go out and get ice, but we did. The place needed a detailed cleaning. In the bedroom that my son slept in there was a pile of dirt and the broom still in the corner. The master shower had gray grout still on the floor of the shower. We did not have any light bulbs in the master bath. The gates to the back deck and to the pool were not working properly, and the TV in one of the bedrooms did not work either. There was a large roach in the master bath sink also. I paid a total of 7,000 for our stay, and we were disappointed. On another note, Shawn and Bill (the repair guys on site) were able to fix the gates, and the TV, and gave us new light bulbs. They were both really friendly. When I spend that much money, I expect better from a property.
