Your Family’s Place will forever be our favorite get away. From the moment of planning to stay here, to booking, to the travel, to the actual vacation, everything is STRESS free. It’s like nothing else we have ever experienced. We never have to worry about anything through out the process. If there is ever even the slightest worry Rose is quick to answer any and all questions. Being at any of these properties is the perfect escape from our day to day lives. The one place where worry seems to be non existent. Forever our favorite place in Ohio for our family and our Dogs 🫶

Perfect getaway

The owners of this property have truly thought of everything to make your stay the most relaxing, most fun, most special! This was our second year spending NYE with extended family at Middlehaven, and it won’t be our last. Highlights: relaxing in the hot tub, walking the property with our dogs, air hockey and arcade game tournaments, talking around the huge table that fit all 12 of us.

This home was absolutely gorgeous, even better than the pictures. Everyone was extremely comfortable, there was plenty of space and the host provided everything we needed. She also included some extra little items that were a nice surprise. Each year my extended family gets away so we can all spend sometime together. This was BY FAR the best place we have stayed. I highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning. I

This is the most impressive stay so far. You will need or want for nothing. The home is beautiful emwith a fully stocked kitchen. There is plenty of room for a large group. There are tables and chairs that can sest everyone in the game room to host a large game tournament.

We gathered at Middlehaven and the Conservatory for an early family Christmas gathering. The property is beautiful! Rose is an excellent host and covers every detail. The rooms were decorated with Christmas charm, even the bedrooms. We will definitely be returning again. If you are looking for a place to create family memories, this is the place!!!!

This place was absolutely amazing! Pictures don’t do it justice. Our kids cried when we left because they had such an amazing time. It’s peaceful, beautiful, quiet, clean and there is so much to do between the game room and the ponds. We already are planning our next trip to come back!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was absolutely gorgeous, spotless, and had the perfect amount of space and activities for everyone—from kids ages 3 to 12 to six adults. It was well-equipped and close to lots of local attractions, making it a great home base. Highly recommend!

This was our 3rd stay at Middlehaven. It is rare we can get together with our 5 children and their families all at once in one spot. Middlehaven is perfect for our family to enjoy meals and all the wonderful amenities. I Love sitting back and watching my grown children interact with each other like no time has passed. Rose & her family knows what it takes to make our stay perfect. She is there every step of the way answering questions promptly and seeing that any needs are met. Everything about Middlehaven and our host rose was 5 stars. I can’t say enough about this property. Rose knows how to make her guests feel welcome- from the chocolate chip cookies and smores to the dog supplies - everything was above and beyond. I’ve never stayed at a property that was so accommodating and stocked. She doesn’t just allow you to stay at her properties she tries to make sure you have everything you need and more. I would come to Dover just to stay at one of her properties. The house and grounds were exceptional!

These folks think of everything you need and a whole bunch of things that you don’t need! 🤣 My grown children and small grandchildren all had plenty to do. Wonderful home for families

Middlehaven was everything it was meant to be. We have a large family (ages pre-born to 73) and everyone had their own space. We enjoyed family time of meals, games and relaxing. The children loved both ponds, the waterfall and the game room. Rose is an expert at thinking about all the needs of her guests. The cookies, tote bag, little surprise box, etc were all appreciated. Amazing Property

This was one of if not the best we have ever stayed at. There is space for everyone and something for everyone to do. The communication is amazing and the house has everything you need. With all the attention to detail and personal communication, we felt incredibly valued as guests in this home. Do not hesitate to stay here with your large group.
