This wonderful home has 3 levels of living space with a family-friendly open floor plan, high-end appliances, hardwood floors, and granite countertops. Cooling Central AC and multi-zone surround sound will make for relaxing summer days and nights. Street-level entrance opens to a lower-level hallway with laundry and a large bedroom furnished with a queen bed plus access to the 2-car garage. Stairs lead to the second level open floor plan with living room with balcony, dining room, and gourmet kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The top floor offers two comfortable bedrooms in addition to the primary bedroom suite with bathroom and a large walk-in custom closet, and a private balcony which to enjoy the spectacular views of the city. This wonderful home is really in the perfect location where you can easily walk to Thames Street and downtown and the harbor, Bellevue Avenue, and all of the trendy Broadway shops and restaurants. June 20K, July, and August 25K. Winter term: $4500/month.
