Cute, clean spot on the intracoastal

Loved this property. Cute 2nd floor studio/1br overlooking the intracoastal on the quiet side of the building. Well maintained wood floors and a useful kitchenette. Better maintained than many other places I have stayed on Hollywood beach. Two small drawbacks: it’s across A1A, so you have to Frogger across hectic traffic to get to the beach and broadwalk, and since the bed is a (very comfortable) Murphy bed, there is a gap at the head where pillows fall through and you can’t sit up to read.

Host was great. Had a few bugs to work out and they were taken care of quickly. Sits right on ICW and a couple blocks from Hollywood Beach. Walked to store, restaurants, beach, water taxi. We last minute decided not to drive but there is one free parking spot. Has amenities for cooking. Has outdoor sitting spot and washer and dryer. 3 bucks each per load.
