This beach front property is newly renovated. It is one half of a duplex that is located right on the beach. There is a foot washing station, along with an outside shower. The house has 2 levels of decks.
One level has a swing to nap on while enjoying the ocean breeze and the other you can see the sunrise or sunset while relaxing in beach chairs or eating at the outside dining table. There is no island traffic to deal with as the property is located in a neighborhood off of Coast Guard Road. The house is within walking distance of restaurants and an ice cream shop. The grocery stores are less than 2 miles away. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths.
