We absolutely loved our stay! The house was so clean, warm and felt very homey. The host was incredible and was very quick to respond anytime I needed something. Would definitely stay here again!

Place needed updating, it looked better in the pictures than the actual home.
Leak in the chimney the bedroom bed makes a lot of noise the fire alarm was beeping all day there was trash outside patio, they were bugs in restroom other than that it was a nice house close to everything we need thank you.
In town for business for two weeks and house was very cozy, clean, and close to everything. Mattresses were comfortable but one bed frame was very squeaky. That’s really the only thing of note. Would stay again.
Our team stayed here for an entire month. Overall, the home was comfortable, but there are a couple of things future guests should be aware of.The listing stated there were "no additional fees," but after our reservation was confirmed, we received a message informing us that an additional post-stay cleaning fee would be charged for our extended stay. I would have preferred for this to be clearly disclosed in the listing before booking rather than after the reservation was confirmed. The stay was comfortable until the last few days, when our team repeatedly heard gunfire nearby on multiple occasions. The neighborhood initially seemed safe, so we're not sure whether these were isolated incidents, but it was concerning enough that future guests should be aware.
Very cute little house for 4 adults. Checking in was a little challenging as the code didn't work and it took us a bit to get a new code. Everything was clean. I do recommend a few extra blankets and ice trays but other than that, a very good stay.

After one night we left because we did not feel safe and worried that our vehicle would be stolen. We did not feel safe in that area We found someplace else to say. The owner refused to give any part of refund back.It was also very dangerous backing out from the driveway onto the street. The pictures show a nice looking, peaceful yard with the chairs and table. This was just on the side of the driveway. Many sirens going by and very loud. Not quiet at all. We could not use the second shower because it was way too small. I’m trying to attach pictures of the black moldy shower curtain located in the other bathroomand other self explained pictures.

Not the best
My family and I became due to the smell in the house. The house has mold in it. Please clean and air out before renting again.
This house was chosen because of the closeness to the university. It's on a nicely shaded street. We entered a nice clean house. I didn't see condiments in the kitchen but there were individual bags of sugars and creamer. The beds were quite comfortable and the bathrooms had good towels with hotel size shampoo and conditioner. The only negative was that three slugs were able to get into the shower from the drain in the bathroom off the kitchen. We would definitely want to rent this house on our next trip.
This house is definitely a unique house like the description says. It is an older house with colorful accessories. We had a wonderful stay here. Close to everything we wanted to do and was fully furnished. The property owners where great at communication. It is near a street so if you are a light sleeper you might want earplugs. There are two bathrooms but not a master bedroom and bath. One is in the hallway and the other in the kitchen. The doors are cool because they have the old style windows above them.
