The unit we stayed in was very clean , I would like to have had a coffee maker in kitchen, We did find that the phone was sitting on table by the couch, but it was not plugged in, I realized this when I could not get wifi on my phone, I found phone jack across the room and plugged it in to call the desk, they were able to get wifi working once my husband went to the office. Also the door to the bedroom stuck you had to slam it to get it closed. Also from some reason during the night my husband turned water on in the kitchen, but water had been turned off, this happened twice.
I did not receive any info from the host after booking. I had to reach out to them hours before our arrival to make sure we were set. We were supposed to be able to check-in at 4pm; we arrived at the front desk at 3:50pm to fill out the forms and scan my ID. I was told our condo was not ready and they would call me when it was available---no call. We went in again at 4:45pm and were told they forgot to call us. The "condo" is actually an old motel they "renovated" into a "resort." Those are all very loose terms in this scenario as this condo is comparable to the other 100+ average/below average hotels/motels in the area. The words condo and resort probably help get a few more visitors than if they actually labeled it as what it is. The door sticks and is hard to open and close. The sheets were dirty--there were lots of long black hairs and make up stains. You could see the wrinkles from where past guests laid. Instead of going down to argue with the front desk, I washed the sheets myself (one positive is free in-unit laundry). The kitchen floor was sticky. There are two TVs, but only one of the remotes had batteries. The view isn't anything special. The location is decent because you could walk to a few attractions if you wanted. The shower had plenty of hot water and the water pressure was nice.
Floors needed cleaning, there was only a half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom so had to go buy paper as soon as we could, ice machine did not work in the building, one plus was it stated there was no coffee machine and there was actually two available in the room we rented. For the price we gave it 4 stars.
