We enjoyed staying in your place location was perfect and apartment had everything you need for your vacation host was very helpful and she let us check in earlier and we appreciate her very much if we decide to come back we will book this place again

The host was very communicative and always responded quickly, which made everything easy. Check-in was smooth, and the location was great. She was also kind enough to accommodate a late checkout, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience!

Great spot!

Very nicely appointed rental. Comfy beds, clean, plenty of stuff in the kitchen. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. Fantastic location at the end of SPI. Not crowded! Nice pool area. Definitely would come again in a heart beat.

The owners at condo 510 were always very responsive and communicative. The location and beach were fantastic. Nice view of beach from balcony. The layout of the condo was great. The condo had many beach supplies which was awesome (thank you). Unfortunately, we didn’t realize just how much they had or else we wouldn’t have brought so much from home! I recommend letting guests know exactly what beach items you have on your listing and how many of what, so people can know what to bring from home and what can stay behind. ESP for guests traveling from far away. The pictures were very deceiving on the cleanliness and upkeep of the condo. The walls were very dirty, the smell was awful when we first walked in. Very musty and mildewy, assuming this because of the Carpet everywhere, even under the dining table. Not at all ideal for a beach rental. Visible Mold on the blinds. Water damage spots everywhere on ceilings, one spot being very fresh. One bedroom’s sliding door does not latch. Would also not recommend renting a condo at Sea Vista that is directly next to or above the pool as young kids are extremely rowdy at night time and you will not sleep. Bring white noise. If this condo was cleaned thoroughly and properly and did not have carpet, it would be great and I would recommend it to others. We will definitely be back to South padre but will not be staying in this condo or any condo in this building.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely place. Everything was as described, there was even a wagon which was helpful. The hot tub and pools were great. Such a short walk to the beach. It was clean and roomy. The hosts direction and contact was wonderful.
