Cozy A-Frame Cabin in the Smokies w/ Hot Tub, 20 Minutes to Parkway

Smoky Oaks provides that rustic Smoky Mountain “cabin in the woods” experience while being conveniently located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. You get peace and tranquility while being minutes away from all the attractions. When you enter the cabin, you're greeted by a cozy living room with gas fireplace, a dining area, and a full kitchen. On the same floor you'll find the first bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite full bath. Upstairs you'll find the second bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite full bath. The front deck has a five-person hot tub as well as a sitting area around the gas grill, great for BBQs and relaxing. Smoky Oaks can accommodate two separate couples or a family of four. It's great for a romantic getaway, quick family trip, or even larger groups when you pair it with our neighboring cabin, Whispering Oaks (which accommodates up to 6).

Downstairs Bedroom……….1 King Bed

Upstairs Bedroom……….1 Queen Bed

Level Layout:

Main Level……….Living room and tv, dining room, kitchen, king bedroom with tv, full bath, front porch with grill and hot tub.

Upper Level……….Queen bedroom with tv and full bath.


THE BASICS:

No smoking, no house parties, no pets, no blocking driveways, no damage, no excessive noise, or disturbing neighbors. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

SMART-LOCK SYSTEM:

All Great Smoky Mountains Cabin Rentals properties are secured with Smart-Lock systems located on the front door. The 4-digit access code is unique to each reservation and should never be shared.

GUEST COMMUNICATION:

You will receive a booking confirmation text message with your reservation specific rental agreement, that needs to be e-signed and returned before your check-in date. 48-hours prior to your check-in date, your check-in information that includes critical information for your stay will be sent via text and email.

DAMAGE FEE BREAKDOWN:

Security Fee: In lieu of a security deposit (with exception), we provide up to $3,000 of damage protection for $39.50 plus taxes. This fee is required and non-refundable. This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental property interior that occur during the renter's stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. Any damages that exceed $3,000 plus applicable fees will be charged to the credit card on file.

SUPPLY STARTER KIT:

Our Starter Kit includes a roll of 2 paper towels in each kitchen, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. Please plan accordingly.
