Perfect Space

Really enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious, clean, and slept 5 comfortably and could have easily accommodated 6. Easy and fast check in with free breakfast. Located a quick 45 minutes from Santa Cruz AND San Francisco, so it’s a good in between location for tourists. It was also only 10 minutes from Winchester Mystery House. We will gladly book again!

Convenient location to Santa Clara University and airport. Easy access to room and plenty of parking. Room is as posted. Need more of a supply of regular coffee and other kitchen amenities but overall ok for the days we stayed. Helpful staff. Can hear people outside and above very loudly and pool not available.

Great place to stay

This was a very nice place to stay while visiting family. 2 things: toilet area is very tight. Bedroom doors did not shut well; one with double doors did not shut all the way and had no way of latching them closed. Other than those small problems, all was great.

Not a great place

The apartment was not clean, carpet dirty, curtains ripped. Smelled like smoke though it’s non smoking. Only two forks for four people? Hair in cutlery draw. The pool lounge chairs were broken. No elevators so if elderly best ask for bottom floor. The breakfast was a bit hit and miss. I can see that some rooms are being updated so hopefully it will be better

The location was perfect to take the train to Levi stadium. The station was only 3 blocks away and took us right there. Check in was super quick and made a simple process by the person on duty, he was great. The two bedroom suite was excellent and both having their own bathroom and shower was an added bonus. Parking wasn't a chore and coming directly from work I was in my company truck. It is loaded with tools and looks like it is which can make it an easy target, but happily nothing was messed with. My only complaint and it's minor is the slight smell of cigarettes, not overwhelming but it was noticeable on arrival. That being said, the positives were many and I will definitely be booking again.

The room was fairly clean. The room had smell of having smokers in the room. The tile floors were not clean. The tub had hair in it and dripped. The shower door handles were loose. A plus was that the beds were clean and comfy. For a place to lay our heads for the night as we traveled through with our animals this place met the needs. The front desk service was great. They appear to be running with minimal staff.
