Stunning pool home, on fresh water canal, with private fishing dock, in quiet neighborhood. Newly built. Beautiful and spacious lanai with pool. New bar inside so that you may enjoy your time rain or shine. Home includes all new kitchen appliances and amenities, washer/dryer. Beautifully decorated. Perfect family vacation home. Close proximity to Punta Gorda, Ft Myers, Venice beaches.

We have fishing poles, tennis rackets, in the garage for your use.

Our check out cleaning protocols are as follows and not as stated by 1 misrepresented review:
Strip all used sheets and put in laundry room, along with any used towels.
Wash any used dishes and put away
Take out garbage.
We have a cleaning service that will completely clean our home and disinfect between guests.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed staying at this lovely home that had everything we needed for a fun family vacation. The pool was really lovely with gorgeous views of the canal. We also enjoyed fishing from the dock and caught several fish. Nancy was very helpful and responsive - a great host!

Beautiful Pool Home

Nancy’s communication was stellar. The property was beautifully landscaped and the pool being enclosed by the birdcage was wonderful to keep the bugs away. We were able to entertain on the back porch and take a relaxing dip in the pool. The dock was a hit with the fisherman family members. I would love to come back again next vacation.
