Great stay!

Me and my group stayed at this property and had an amazing time. The unit was clean and the rooms were spacious. They had all essentials needed for a comfortable and smooth stay. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and bars. Overall we had an amazing time i would recommend staying here for your visit in Montreal!

Family Getaway

We booked this property for our family vacation. The location is fantastic and easy walking. Parking was nearby but not On-site. The host is incredibly helpful and offered great suggestions. The patio was a nice perk, very private. We would absolutely stay here again.

Montreal family mini vacay

We enjoyed the space, the location, ease of check-in, number of bedroom and bathrooms, space in general and all the amenities. We needed nothing. The parking is a great feature and a peace of mind. We will definitely rent this space again! Thank you

Great spot that was as-advertised. We were out late, so any noise mentioned did not bother us at all. I don't believe it would have been any issue even if we had spent the night at the apartment.

Excellent

Despite being located on one of Montreal's most popular streets - the unit was surprisingly quiet. The host for this listing is just as outstanding as the property. Great communication, friendly and very helpful. The unit is on a second floor, so there's some stairs, but no issues to go up and down. Very nice inside and although it was just me, this is a perfect place for a small group of friends or a family. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms but the unit is also fairly compact, so not too large. Very well equipped kitchen area and the whole place is comfortable and attractive. I was concerned about parking, but there are a couple of reasonably priced indoor garages with overnight availability within a one to two minute walk - so no worries there. I'll be staying here from now on when visiting Montreal. Highly recommend.

Amazing Space for a Memorable Bachelor Party!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic location for a bachelor party, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the size, cleanliness, and overall functionality of the space. It was the perfect setting for our group and made our celebration truly memorable. The ample seating areas and patio allowed everyone to gather comfortably and socialize. The bedrooms were equally impressive, providing comfortable beds and plenty of storage for our belongings. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding communication and flexibility demonstrated by the host. They were prompt and responsive to our inquiries from the very beginning, and even accommodated our request to check-in a couple of hours in advance. Their attentiveness to our needs and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel truly valued as guests. To anyone considering this location for a group event or celebration, I wholeheartedly recommend it. You can rest assured that your stay will be nothing short of exceptional. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to enjoy this incredible space and can't wait to come back for another unforgettable experience.

I have been renting from several different sites for about 15 years now and from before I even booked this property with Al, he was prompt and thorough answering any questions I had regarding the property and location. We traveled with my elderly father who doesn't walk well and I was concerned with him walking the stairs. After I decided this place would work best for us, Al actually reached out to me a week or so after I booked asking if I had seen his ground floor property in the same building that may work better for my Dad. He also offered to have a wheelchair put in the apartment that we could use for Dad while we were there. A week or so ahead of checkin, he sent me much info about the different types of bars and restaurants we may want to try, the locations of grocery stores and pharmacy's, as well as different tourist attractions through out the city we may want to check out!! We met friends of ours there that used a travel agency and said the information Al sent to me was much more than they had got from the travel agency! He let me know day of checkin the place would be ready earlier if we got into town and needed to check in earlier. There has not been any host more attentive or accomodating than Al. The place was beautiful. Many updates. A/C, separate thermostats in ea room, toilet w/bidet and different settings, shower w/hand wand and back/leg massage settings. More than what was needed! Steering wheel lock also supplied. 20 stars out of 10 for sure!
