this beautiful house located in 20 acre of private farm land its very quite and spacious, it has private hot tub in back yard and covered out side pool. just 20 min from Sevierville Tn. and 7 min from Douglas lake.

For the price point? It needs some TLC & maintenance!!Pros: The pool. The pool is 100% the highlight of the property the kids & adults LOVED it! It slopes down so I think the "shallow" end is 3ft while the "deep" is likely 6, very nice. The horses, and exterior view were gorgeous as well. The location was lovely (close to the lake) & the overall exterior vibe was very relaxing.Cons: I *never* received check in/check out details from the host & had to reach out to them twice to get the door code after receiving multiple notifications on the V app all check in info should've already been sent to me by the host. When we arrived the door code did not work (believe the box was dead?) but thankfully the host did answer the phone immediately & directed me to another door. (Maybe check in dets wouldve said to try thay first but again never got those.) The table in the game room is broken, the towel rack in the hall bath is broken, there was hair in the shower from a previous guest, and there was ZERO hot water on night 2. The wifi worked 20% of the time maybe. The king bed is missing a box spring (so the VERY low mattress was difficult for my elderly grandparents to get on and off of). The hot tub cover needs replaced (its caked in mold and mildew on the inside). The blinds also need replaced in most of the rooms, & there were a few other smaller "maintenance" fixes should be addressed.This house has so much potential but for the current price point, we expected more!

The view was amazing

We enjoyed everything this house had to offer. The kids enjoyed the animals and the pool . The hot tub wouldnt get hot but the pool served as both a pool and a hot tub. The view of this house was perfect . We would love to come back ! So far it is our favorite place!
