Lovely House with Large Kitchen

The house was beautifully decorated and furnished well. We enjoyed the large kitchen. The host responded to questions quickly and well. It is a beautiful region. Views were lovely, and roads and driveway were scraped of snow before we had time to think about it.

The property is better than advertised. Very nicely appointed. We were traveling with an infant and a high chair was available. Bring a baby gate for the stairs inside. One is already installed on the back deck stairs. The decor is fabulous, the rooms spacious and check in and out seamless! We will be back! Ruthie M.

No Hot Tub

We enjoyed our stay with friends very much and found the home to be very accommodating. Our only disappointment was that there was no hot tub. The indoor bathtub should not be considered one.

Comfortable but wouldn't consider it 5 star as advertised

Many things that took away from what was described and what we expected. Messy exposed storage area upon arrival. Pool was green attracting gnats to that are, we were unable to enjoy the outdoor space. Kitchen dish drying mat was dirty and kitchen area rug is a HUGE tripping hazard, it does not lay properly causing me to trip.

The pool was closed for the season during your stay — this is clearly stated in the listing and was confirmed in our direct communication. Reviewing an amenity that wasn’t available and claiming it was dirty is not only unfair, but also untrue. We provided two clean, well-maintained decks and a BBQ station — everything needed to enjoy the outdoors. Your remarks about the pool area and other minor details, like a slightly folded rug, suggest an effort to find fault rather than reflect the true quality of the stay we offered. We care deeply about this home and work hard to maintain it with honesty and attention to detail. Our listing is transparent, and we’re committed to offering a high standard to every guest. It’s disheartening when the review system is used in a way that misrepresents reality. Best regards
