Billiard room for play. 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen, twin over full bunk. 2 full baths with vanity area. Laundry and large front porch. A 4 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to downtown Port Clinton and 10 minute walk to the ferry.

Great house and great location
