Enjoy a comfortable experience at this centrally-located street level apartment full of natural light.
Walk to Greer's grocery store stocked with a casual restaurant and bar, as well as Nova Espresso coffee shop also serving food, juices, and cold beer.

Main entrance is around the side yard leading to a private porch and dedicated entrance. As you enter the lower unit, you will be in the hallway separating the back bedroom, bathroom, and living area. The kitchen is through the living area as well as the front large main bedroom with bay window.

You will have access to the entire downstairs unit and the private porch.
Street parking is readily available on both streets of this corner property.

Beautiful and quiet historical neighborhood very convenient to Dauphin Street

Met family here for a concert and fun weekend in Mobile. Easy walkability to Dauphin Street and this is a super quiet neighborhood! The kitchen could use some improvements but we didn't use it much so it had no effect on our stay.

Cutest House

The cutest house I have ever seen! Love the layout, furniture and the style of the house. It is a great location to downtown. It is close to coffee shops, restaurants and a small grocery store. I would have loved an iron and ironing board, although I did use the dryer to get the wrinkles out of my clothes. Great place and will definitely be back!!!

In town for Senior Bowl and QB Camp

Awesome location in walking distance to everything downtown and extremely easy to get to other parts of Mobile. Home was very clean and as described. Adorable, older home. Heater did not seem to reach the bedrooms and it got super chilly on first night. And shower never got super hot but other than that it was perfect. Comfortable beds and cute Mardi Gras decor!

The thermostat is in the living room and it can be turned up to heat all rooms evenly; they all have vents. We're installing a new Nest system with sensors in both bedrooms to ensure sleeping rooms stay warm automatically. It is possible that hot water will run out if more than four adults are taking consecutive showers. We will look into it. Thanks for the feedback!
