The house was very clean and well stocked. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating when we needed to add an extra night. Also, the house was spacious enough that there was plenty of room to stretch out and relax. I would definitely stay there again if the need arises.

Owner Refused To Accept Responsibility

Disgusted and Disappointed! Let me me start with this was Christmas and my family and I have not had a vacation together in 2.5 years. We chose this place because it looked like even if we didn’t want to leave we could enjoy a family experience cuddled together and watch a movie the way we would at home. I was wrong!!! As soon as we walked in we noticed cobwebs but we weren’t too turned off by that but thought if the cleaners had just left, that was weird. We proceed up the stairs, and we notice a bloody condom wrapper at the top of the stairwell laying on top of the rail. We were like, OMG!!! Are we being pranked or would someone actually present this. After my experience, I honestly wonder now if the owner planted this himself, just to take my money, or maybe this is the home he uses for his extramarital affairs with the cleaner the reason that the house wasn’t properly cleaned. Regardless, it was there and we did not put it there. There was also a hole in the wall upstairs. I didn’t look deeper until I saw the bloody condom wrapper and knowing that people have sex, you don’t want to walk into a place after spending your hard earned money for a family vacation and be presented with such especially with your children, they saw it before me. I immediately messaged the owner and attached photos. We

Hello Mrs. Jasmine, we are very sorry for your disappointment in your experience and since it is our priority that you have a pleasant stay in our vacation home, that is why we gave you the opportunity to look for a place where you would be better for your Christmas holidays, this scene that you put together for us seriously It was like a movie until we came to believe it, doubting what our eyes saw a few hours before leaving the property ready for your family and it is not worth it that just by looking for a discount you would harm us so much like that, because that is what you told me remember? that we could seek reimbursement from the cleaning company and that way we could share it with you, it is not fair that if you are going through something, whether personal or economic, you want to harm our company in this way, which is managed by my family, my mother is The person in charge of cleaning the house is an older woman. You think she would do something like what you put in our house (condom). This is disrespecting us and damaging our integrity as a family. This property has been rented by complete, kind, respected families and friendly. But this bad experience with you is not going to make us disappointed in people and we will continue to provide our house to families who deserve it, with great respect for you, we wish you many blessings and we are waiting for VRBO, to respond what will happen with your refund. because it is still pending even if you are still trying to harm it.
