Stayed here the next ght before our 7 day Caribbean cruise. Very close to awesome food and within a 10 min walk to Bourbon Street. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again!

Room was nice. Staff were friendly. Valet was great. Only concerns for the room is that the toilet would run continuously. The AC unit would squeak every time it kicked on.

The hotel staff staff was incredibly friendly, informative, and accommodating. The suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Location was excellent for walking to Canal, Bourbon, WWII Museum, and more.

The first day breakfast was not replenished timely. Many people arrived around 9:30 and had to wait for eggs, there was no sausage, etc.

This place was decent. It is a hotel, not an apartment . Not anything fancy. Overall, it seemed fairly clean, but the floors were pretty dirty. We also had a difficult time getting anything extra we needed. There was a pull out bed that we used, but we had to ask multiple times for blankets and pillows. We also had a hard time getting extra towels. Every time we needed something we were treated very rudely.

The hotel was clean, the employees really nice, breakfast had selections (eggs, bread, beagles, meats only one type for day (sausage links or patties or bacon ) in 2 of the days hash brown, 3 types of cereals and juices, coffee & teas, it also had waffles every day but the pancake machine only work in the weekend.The ballet parking is expensive 47 x night tax, a better option is a next door parking for 20 dollars for 24 hours M-T & F-S we got charge 30. It has time options from 3,12 and 24 hours (M-T) on weekend I think it was 4, 8 and 24 hours.The hotel is a walking distance from the French Quarter, also a Dave & Busters is close by for entertainment for the kids and teens.The suit (2 rooms) were comfortable, but I do have few complains about it, is no safe box in the rooms, most of the outlets don't work (except for the extension multi outlet they have in the dinning table) we tried the outlets in the rooms and the one by the tv and nothing, my husband have a CPAP machine and he wasn't able to used it because of this, in 2 time he was able to make it work but it trigger the fuse. Also the pillows are fluffy but once you put your head it became flat and uncomfortable.Good thing we were not superstitious because we were suppose to be in the floor 11 but because we arrive 2 hours earlier we were giving floor 13.Sorry I didn't took pictures of the room, it has a nice view unfortunately because of clime I guess windows were really foggy and glass cant be open.
