The Lazy Frio is an amazing home with large oak trees and on the banks of the Frio River. This home offers sleeping for 22 people with five bedrooms, five and a half baths and a small loft perfect for kids. It has an open concept kitchen with all the amenities you would need for cooking. The kitchen is open to the living room that looks out to a beautiful outdoor area with a covered porch, seating under the large oaks and a fire pit. Lazy Frio sits in the gated subdivision of Comanche Crossing so you never have to worry about crowds along the banks.

The outside had plenty of chairs and a fire pit to enjoy. The house is always clean and well equipped for cooking meals. Plenty of space , and the upstairs is perfect for kids. Management is just a phonecall away and always responds promptly. We have stayed there many times and will keep coming back!

Eclipse on the Frio

The Lazy Frio was perfect for 14 adults. The cooks enjoyed the well appointed kitchen and the main room provided plenty of space for visiting or just sitting and reading. Lounging outside, under the canopy of live oaks, was especially nice in the early mornings and evenings. Our birder friends were kept busy. Nicole was great to deal with. And then there's the Frio. What a lovely river. All in all the Lazy Frio was a special place for a special event.

The "cabin" is HUGE - lots of room for folks to spread out with each of the downstairs bedroom with private baths. Love the location, love the accomodations. Very clean and cozy.
