Whether you are coming to fish or just to relax, this is the place for you! Enjoy the sunset from the balcony, swim in the community pool or take off fishing from our community dock that's just a short walk from your front door. Sunset Place offers it ALL! Our one bedroom condo offers, everything you need to enjoy an amazing weekend away from it all. Amenities include, Wi-Fi, 75 inch television, Ice maker, coffee maker, brand new oven and microwave, plates, cups, silverware and a queen size fold out couch for those extra guests you may bring. The dock is on a first come, first served basis and locks overnight to protect your belongings. Finally, we are just a 3 minute walk from the NEW Steinhatchee Marina, Roy's Restaurant and Crabbie Dad's Bar and Grill. Bring your family, friends and your boat! This is the place for you!

Awesome stay!

The property was really nice and exactly as the pictures show! The pool is nice, the lower level picnic tables, games & spots to shuck scallops were so great for us. Watchinh the sunset off the balcony was the best! Communication with the owner was so great and helpful.
