Updated Downtown Bungalow Centrally Located

This 1897 historic home has been completely Updated and is centrally located to everything Grand Junction has to offer.

Located on a corner lot in Downtown Grand Junction, this home is perfectly situated less than 1 mile to both Main Street and Colorado Mesa University. Easy walk to restaurants, entertainment and shopping.

What we love about our property is the character and charm that you experience upon immediate arrival. The home offers a open floor plan with 10' high ceilings, a ton of windows and natural light. With over 1300 square feet in size there is plenty of room for everyone with good spacing between the bedrooms.

The large backyard is fenced and we added a wonderful pergola and fire pit with 2 large outdoor couches for day or night. The covered front porch is great in the morning or on raining afternoon.

We also offer a 2 car garage if you need a secured area for storage while in town. We have plenty of parking in front and behind the home as well.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Wonderful place to stay while visiting Grand Junction. Very clean and in a nice neighborhood. We spent a little of time on the front porch or by the fire pit enjoying the wonderful weather. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and nicely appointed. The master bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was great. Kitchen was perfect for our needs and loved having washer/dryer available. Property Manager was outstanding- addressed our issue immediately. Can't wait to come back. Location was perfect and the neighborhood was friendly and inviting.

This was a great home away from home while we were in Grand Junction. Great central location to CMU (visiting my daughter) and downtown. It had everything we needed, was very clean and owners were very responsive in answering our questions. Great space inside for hanging out and dinners. It also had a great outdoor area for enjoying the CO nights.

Such a great location! My family and I had such a fun time and this adorable bungalow made it even better! The entire house was clean and tidy, the kitchen spacious and well equipped! The bedrooms were great with comfortable beds and bedding. I loved the walk in showers that were in each bathroom. Perfect location, close to everything we needed! Great place!

We loved out stay in GJ and this home could not have been better. It had everything we needed, was comfortable and cozy and it was obvious the owners went above and beyond to make the home nice.
