Eurybia Paradise features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with 2573 square feet of finished interior living space. The main areas offer hardwood floors throughout, Quartz counter-tops, and designer finishes. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with new stainless steel appliances, a variety of cookware, and a complimentary coffee bar. This two-story home in a quiet neighborhood offers privacy with all bedrooms being upstairs, perfect for guests who wish to sleep a little more on their vacation, uninterrupted from the main level noise. The exterior living areas are perfect for enjoying evenings on the coast – enjoy the sea breeze on the swing, or take a walk down to the bay with your paddle board or kayak.

Watch the breathtaking views of sunrise or sunset and savor the taste of a cup of coffee or a glass of wine from private decks on both floors. Smart TVs, children books, and card/board games are available to give your family an unforgettable fun and relaxing vacation!

LIVING ROOM
The spacious living room with a calm, coastal vibe has a huge sofa that can easily fit a big family. It has a 65-in smart Roku TV and is ready for guests to stream their favorite shows. It is a perfect place for a movie night or quality family bonding-time over board games. The room is bathed with natural light through large full-glass double doors and big windows.

There are two small pull out sofas, designed to provide comfort and flexibility for both relaxation and sleep. These stylish and compact sofas are the perfect solution for accommodating kids or young teenagers, offering a dual-purpose seating and sleeping arrangement.

DINING ROOM
You can comfortably seat 13 people around the large, wooden dining table which has benches on the sides and chairs on the ends. If additional seating is required, there are three extra seats available at the kitchen island. Enjoy family meals shared around the dining table and chat about the memories you have just made together on this trip.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is designed with an open concept and features quartz counter-tops, custom cabinets, and brand new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. It is also fully equipped with various kitchen gadgets that you will need during your stay. Kids' dinnerware is also available for little ones! A complimentary coffee bar has a Keurig, electric water kettle, and a traditional coffee maker. While we offer a variety of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate for relaxing mornings, we ask that you bring your favorite coffee ground with you.

LOWER DECK
Because no family vacation is complete without BBQ, you will find a grill that we treat as a park-grill style on the lower deck. The deck also features 2 chairs and a table for you to dine al fresco in the shade.

PRIMARY SUITE and UPPER DECK.
The primary suite is large and bright with a king size bed. It includes a closet, a 6-drawer dresser, blackout curtains and a 43-in Roku smart TV. There is plenty of storage room for you to unpack. Nestled in a cozy corner, a small and inviting breakfast relaxation area is designed to provide a serene and comfortable setting for your morning rituals.

A small workspace within the master bedroom is crafted with the emphasis on functionality and style. It provides a designated area for work or creative pursuits without compromising the tranquil and restful atmosphere of your private sanctuary.

The primary bathroom is attached and features a double sink, a standing shower, and a tub. The room has two large full-glass double doors that lead to a private upper deck, where you can sit on the swing to watch a beautiful sunrise or sunset.

BEDROOM #2
It features a queen bed with closet and blackout curtains. It also has a bench, which is perfect place to take a break or for getting lost in a book after outdoor activities.

BEDROOM #3
It features a queen bed with closet and blackout curtains. It also has a modern egg chair, where you can sit back and comfort yourself after a busy day.

BEDROOM #4
We also called this junior's bedroom, where it features a twin over full bunk bed and another full bed. It has a walk-in closet and curtains to ensure little friends will have a good sleep on their vacation. Additionally, a 43-in smart Roku TV, bean bag chair, board/card games, and children books are all present to help the WHOLE FAMILY relax and have fun on vacation!

LAUNDRY
A full-sized washer and dryer, along with iron and ironing board are easily accessible on the 2nd floor, and available to you throughout your stay. A starter supply of detergent is there for your use.

GARAGE
Enjoy the benefits of our attached garage. Feel free to use during your stay!
Beach essentials such as beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, cooler, toys, and games are provided for your vacation.

COMMUNITY SWIMMING POOL
Tired of the beach or just want to be more convenient to the vacation rental? Lounge and swim at our brand new community swimming pool that is just a short walk away!
As the pool is managed by HOA, it may be unavailable without any advanced notice due to maintenance, weather, or any possible reason, during your stay.

Need more action? Orange Beach offers a wide range of activities caters to all ages, ensuring an unforgettable experience for everyone. From toddlers to grandparents, we have something to excite and engage every member of your family. The beach access is just a 5-minute drive away.
