Beautiful place!

Loved the location and the accommodations. Easy to hit the beach and pool. Clean and well stocked home for a weeklong stay. Only wish all the pools were heated as the weather was colder during some of the stay!

Great Find!

We’ve stayed in the Gulf Place area many years but this was our first trip to this condo. A lot of the other condos in the area have become run down and sometimes you feel as though you’ll break something just by touching it (doors). Not this place! Immaculate condo that is now our favorite place we’ve stayed at in this area. I almost hate giving it such a great review as I don’t want others finding it as we want to book again for our next trip. Everything is as advertised and the hosts are very quick to respond. We had zero issues with anything. I actually didn’t even need to contact the host any while we were there. Just showed up, enjoyed our stay, and left. Couldn’t have been easier. It’s a little off of 30A (the main road) but we actually enjoyed that. All of the shops and beaches are still right there. We loved this place and will be back!

Great Place and Location

This property was great and the location could not be beat. You are right by beach, food and shopping. High reccommend staying here and enjoying Santa Rosa Beach.

Loved it!

Such a great stay here! My husband, our 2 kids, and my sister enjoyed it so much! Nice private beach- not a long walk. Nice pools, too! Modern, clean condo with great communication with management. Couldn’t have been better!

This great Santa Rosa Beach locale is an amenity in and of itself at the popular Gulf Place village center. Here restaurants abound with friendly bars that are within easy walking distance. They include the family-friendly Pizza by the Sea, The Perfect Pig Grill and Fish House, and Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar. Shunk Gulley features fresh gulf-caught seafood, outdoor dining, and live musical entertainment. Gulf Place also has a coffee shop, a wine outlet, fashion boutiques, specialty shops, and galleries. A palm-lined amphitheater provides fantastic outdoor musical concerts and fun festivals throughout the year. Other idyllic coastal villages are minutes away with restaurants, beach bars, shopping adventures, outdoor concerts, and other fun festivals.
