This incredible Highlands residence is located in the historic Cherokee Triangle. You will be walking distance to many of the city’s most well known restaurants, bars and shops. This newly updated carriage house is a spacious studio with everything you need for a short or long stay. Nestled in the lush garden of our historic Victorian manor, you will have all the privacy you need in our secluded urban oasis.

The Highlands is situated close to 2 interstates with easy access to each. You can get anywhere in the city very quickly. Uber and Lyft are always readily available. Travel time: 10 minutes to downtown, NULU, Germantown, Bellarmine University, YUM Center, University of Louisville, St. Matthews, and Old Louisville. 15 minutes to the Airport, EXPO center, Churchill Downs, Prospect, Norton Commons, and Middletown.

The City has a bike share program called Louvello. Taxis, Uber and Lyft are also readily available throughout the day.
