The Gray House

The Gray House is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the Paducah Airport (Barkley Regional Airport), 7 minutes from the Kentucky Oaks Mall area, and 19 minutes from Downtown Paducah! It has an open living room into the dining room, which makes it a great place to hangout and socialize with friends & family! It also has a large front porch for those nice evenings/nights that you may want to sit outside and enjoy the Western Kentucky weather! This cozy home is one that you are sure to fall in love with!

This is a nonsmoking home, please refrain from smoking inside the property. If evidence of smoking inside the property is found after your stay a $150 charge will be made to your card on file.

Please contact us if you are needing to sleep more than 6 people. We do have some options available for a charge of $25/extra person.

Pet Fee is $100/pet

Upon leaving, we ask that you load all dirty dishes in the dish washer, place all dirty linen and towels in the clothes basket, and take out all trash.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Another great stay

This is our 3rd year staying at The Gray House while in the area for an archery competition. It's a great area and house. Michaela is wonderful to work with. We will be back next year.

Quilt week in the Gray house

Stayed here for several days during Quilt week. The house was clean and super charming. The owner had plenty of nice touches like tissues, good quality toilet paper, k-cups, and even makeup remover! We loved it and will be back!

Highly recommended - property and owners were both awesome

Really loved the feel of the house, very nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. We were very happy with the parking, the property accommodated our small convoy of 2 trucks and 2 bass boats. The owners were great, we asked if we could use the fire pit and they brought us firewood. Overall it was a great stay, we will definitely stay here again.

Eclipse!

My friends and I had a great stay at The Gray House! Michalea was a great host, she responded quickly and had good suggestions for nearby places to go. The house was clean and comfortable and parking is provided. The neighborhood was nice and it was easy to get to the Riverfront area of Paducah, it took about 15 minutes. I highly recommend The Gray House in Paducah.

True to the listing

This is such a lovely old home. The space was perfect for 5 adults. House is in a rural area, lots of land around the place. It is conveniently located in west Paducah. The home was easy to get in & get out off, especially with the pass through driveway. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom upstairs is really only good for restroom use, as the bath/shower on the smaller side & there is a window looking straight into the shower. Regardless we would definitely stay here again if we are ever visiting Paducah area.

Could be great

We loved the house and the host was great, but the upstairs was not very clean and the shower was not usable as such due to lack of privacy in front of the bathroom window. Also, no mirror in the upstairs bathroom. Had to clean several dead bugs out of the tub. No outlet covers on bedroom outlets. Vacuuming had been spotty at best. However, the downstairs was wonderful and charming. The host was quick to take care of plumbing issue that arose and was great about communication. A little work to get the upstairs sleeping area up to par would make this property a gem.
